If you are a Denver area sports fan, 2024 is on track to be a pretty memorable year for you.
In actuality, it’s a case of two extremes.
In one hand, you have the Denver Broncos, who are (for lack of a better description) a dumpster fire, and the Colorado Rockies, who are an embarrassment to the city and a slap in the face to the taxpayers who funded the Coors Field project.
In the other hand, you have the Stan Kroenke-owned teams that play their home games at Ball Arena. There’s the Denver Nuggets, who are the defending NBA champions currently sitting in first place in the Western Conference, and the Colorado Avalanche, who won a Stanley Cup in 2022 and currently sit in second place in the NHL’s Western Conference. Both teams are expected to make deep playoff runs and sit among the top contenders to win their respective league’s championship.
If that weren’t enough, Ball Arena will likely be home to two league MVP’s this season as well.
Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon, who leads the NHL in points, is the -170 betting favorite to win the Hart Trophy as the NHL’s Most Valuable Player, while Nuggets center Nikola Jokic, already a two-time NBA MVP winner, is listed at -330 to win this year’s award. In other words, it would be a massive surprise if either player didn’t take home the hardware.
Both players would absolutely trade individual awards for a team championship, but there’s a very real chance the Nuggets and Avs could be having championship parades as well. The Nuggets are the second favorite to win the NBA Finals (+340), while the Avalanche are the fourth favorite to win the Stanley Cup (+850).
All of this is nice for Colorado sports fans. But it would be even better if everyone in the market could actually watch these guys play on TV.

Indeed. I was able to read a small part of the push, due to the paywall cutting me off. My question is where can you get the parlay of the Nugs, Av’s, Mac and Jokic winning it all? I’m not a degenerate gambler. Just an old guy like you who knows what is pertinent. Amd profitable.
Cheers
